This custom sunroom by Everest Estate Homes is a study in light, proportion, and intentional comfort, designed and built as a seamless extension of the home and thoughtfully furnished to feel calm, inviting, and complete.

Architecturally, the space is defined by its vaulted ceiling, vertical paneling, and expansive window walls that frame uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Natural light moves effortlessly across the stone floors throughout the day, creating ever-changing moments of softness and shadow that bring the room to life.

The interior furnishings were carefully curated to complement the architecture rather than compete with it. Plush, sculptural seating in muted textures encourages rest and conversation, while warm wood accents and subtle brass details add depth and quiet refinement.
