A CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE

EVEREST ESTATE HOMES RECOGNIZED AT THE 2025 OXFORD COUNTY BUILDERS ASSOCIATION AWARDS

Every home begins with a conversation. A vision on paper. A need for space, light, and belonging.

Everest Estate Homes is honoured to share that we received recognition in four categories at this year’s Oxford County Builders Association Awards. This event highlights craftsmanship, innovation, and high-standard building throughout the region. These awards hold meaning beyond the titles. Behind every project is a family, a vision, and a dedicated team working to bring beautiful spaces to life.

OUTSTANDING NEW EXTERIOR
A home’s exterior should feel grounded, welcoming, and enduring.

The exterior was inspired by European countryside architecture, rooted in strong proportions and authentic materials. Limestone, painted brick, cedar accents, and a slate-inspired roof established a palette that feels classic rather than trendy. The entryway and window placements were positioned to create rhythm and symmetry from every angle, while landscaping softened the structure and invited a sense of welcome.

The intention behind this exterior was longevity. A home that sits naturally on its lot. A structure that feels like it has always been there. The result is an elevation that is refined, enduring, and quietly confident.

OUTSTANDING NEW HOME ENSUITE

This ensuite was designed to feel like a quiet retreat within the home. The palette was kept soft, allowing natural light to guide the space. Custom cabinetry, a handcrafted vanity, and refined hardware introduced warmth and grounded elegance. The layout balances function with calm circulation, and every finish was selected to age well over time. Natural materials, gentle lighting, and symmetry create a space that supports both morning routines and unhurried evenings.

The goal was not grandeur. It was ease, balance, and longevity. This ensuite was shaped to feel like a room worth pausing in.

DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR- ALYCIA VISSER

Alycia’s approach to design is centred on how people live. She considers proportion, light, and placement before decoration. Each project begins with careful listening, followed by planning that prioritizes function, comfort, and future growth within a home.

Her work is recognized not only for its visual appeal but for its restraint — the ability to know when to add detail and when to step back. Alycia has helped shape the aesthetic identity of Everest Estate Homes, and her work reflects a commitment to thoughtful architecture, longevity, and meaningful client experience.

BUILDER OF THE YEAR- NATHAN KOK

Nathan leads with craftsmanship and integrity. He is deeply involved in the build process and holds a high standard for trades, materials, and execution. His hands-on approach ensures that decisions made at the design level are honoured throughout construction.

Nathan values strong relationships with trades and partners and has built a culture of care, precision, and accountability on-site. His dedication to both process and people is one of the reasons Everest Estate Homes has continued to grow with purpose. This award recognizes not only leadership but consistency — the kind of reliability that clients can trust.

Each award represents more than a finished space. These categories reflect the values that guide our work at Everest Estate Homes: design with intention, craftsmanship with integrity, and homes built to serve families well for years to come.
